BPTRG was set up by private tenants to provide mutual support and to campaign for improved rights and services for tenants. It is a membership organisation. We hold about four meetings a year for members and issue a regular newsletter. We provide free and independent legal advice on housing and homelessness issues.
We are a CLS specialist help-point for housing. We particularly aim to work with disadvantaged and socially-excluded members of Brent's communities.
Our 'Reachout' project aims to work with local community and faith groups to improve and widen access to advice providers.
