Wembley History Society sustains interest in local history, and also has speakers on other subjects of interest to members. New members and volunteers welcome. We publish a members newsletter twice a year, on subscription, showing our future programme. A list of society publications is available on request.{p}We usually meet on the 3rd Friday of each month (except August) at 7.30pm in St Andrews Church Hall, Church Lane (opposite Tudor Gardens) Kingsbury, NW9, but see events page or telephone secretary to confirm details if not sure.{p}Ample free parking, buses 83 / 302 stop nearby.


Program & Services

Wembley History Society has a collection of old photographs, books and documents which are stored at Brent Archive [152 Olive Road, Cricklewood, London NW2 6UY - telephone (020) 8937 3541]. Members are able to refer these resources (and borrow them, if necessary, subject to conditions)for interest or as part of any research they are undertaking.

A variety of short talks in which Society members share an interesting piece of history from their own research or experience.
